Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
All our jewellery is shipped tracked and traced. Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email. International orders are posted via FedEx, orders within Switzerland will be posted via Swiss Post and in the UK via Royal Mail.
General returns:
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, please contact us at info@mcfarlanefinejewellery.com to talk with one of our team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned pieces can be exchanged for store credit or something else in our collection. We do understand that sometimes, you would prefer a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 1) if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, 2) an item that is returned without notice more than 10 days after delivery.

Custom pieces:
We are unfortunately unable to refund custom pieces. We want you to adore wearing our jewellery, so if you have any questions or would like to make an adjustment to your design, please email us at info@mcfarlanefinejewellery.com .
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your returned item is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Please note, that unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping fees.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please post them to: McFarlane Fine Jewellery, Bahnhofstrasse 6, 6052 Hergiswil, Switzerland
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
