Can I order a custom piece?
Of course! Email Esther (our jeweller, co-owner and mum) at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll email you sketches, arrange a call or even meet you in person to bring your idea to life.
How do I find out my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size, just ask us! We are more than happy to post you a ring sizer.
Can I try the pieces on?
Yes, if you live in Switzerland or London and would like to try the pieces on in person please email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
Are your pieces authentic?
Yes, all our pieces are either manufactured by ourselves or commissioned by us from a high calibre team of designers and manufactures. Our name is the brand, so we're very particular about what we sell.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If you can’t find the item you are looking for or it is not currently in-stock please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try to create or acquire a similar or the same piece ASAP.
Can I request a piece not currently in your product range?
Yes! We want our customers to love the pieces we have in store, so please feel free to email/Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest us and share the pieces that you love and want to wear too!
